simply looking to diversify your
P&C business,

while still maintaining an excellent stream of income from your accounts,
-
associate with an agency that can
service your business, while allowing you to take periodic time off,
-
gain a partner to assume your
business, but protect your family's interests in the event of a disability,
or death,
-
a licensed agent looking for a
referral source to build your income, while doing no servicing work --
WE ARE YOUR
ANSWER!!
We can custom tailor a partnership that will
accomodate any level of involvement you wish, while maximizing and guaranteeing
your income stream. NO ONE. I repeat, NO ONE will treat you more
ethically, fairly, honestly, or with more compensation than we provide.
Here are some examples of situations where we have been able to develop
partnerships to the benefit of all parties:
-
DIVERSIFICATION & GROWTH OF BUSINESS - An
agent who specialized in financial planning for primarily wealthy, business
owner clients was looking for a place to refer employee benefit plans
provided to their company employees. This agent was willing to assume
some limited servicing responsibilities, so we worked out a compensation
split of 50%/50% on all commissions on existing plans. Additionally,
AIFSI will provide this agent 25% of
commissions on any supplemental coverages sold to these referred accounts.
-
DIVERSIFICATION
WITH ADDITIONAL PRODUCT OFFERINGS - An agent with a small P&C
agency wanted to diversify their business by providing group and individual
products to their clients. AIFSI
developed a plan whereby this agent will receive 40% of any 1st year
commissions and 25% of any renewal commissions for business referred, while
AIFSI does ALL the servicing of the
accounts.
-
INCOME PROTECTION IN EVENT OF DISABILITY, OR DEATH
- A sole practitioner, employee benefits/individual plans producer was
concerned about losing all their business in the event of a disability (they
could not qualify for, nor afford adequate disability coverage), or death.
This is very typical of many agents in this market, today.
AIFSI was able to implement a plan, whereby
we would assume servicing responsibility for this agent's accounts only upon
their disability, or death. Should a disability occur, we would pay
the agent commissions received on their business of 60% (1st yr), 50% (2nd
yr) and 40% for the next 3 years. What a great way to protect yourself
and your family.
-
RETIREMENT, OR MORE TIME OFF - An agent
wanted to take more time off and perhaps retire, but the servicing
requirements of her business prevented it. She could hire an
employee, but the associated costs made this untenable.
AIFSI's solution was to develop a
partnership where AIFSI received 10% of
commissions on existing business to assume periodic servicing while the
other agent was off. Should this agent retire the commissions would be
split 50%/50% for 3 years. Compare this to a typical buy-out of your
business and you'll find it a much better arrangement.
-
SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME - An agent from New
York retired to Florida and needed some supplemental income. After
getting licensed in Florida, AIFSI
set-up this agent on a referral only basis (they did NO servicing)
and paid them 30% of commissions on all business written from their
referrals. An excellent income for just making a few phone calls!!
Additionally, you can rest assured with any
of the above arrangements, you will only have professional, credentialed,
experienced and committed agents working with you. Partnership
arrangements mentioned above are typical of how we do business. However,
each arrangement is unique and final commission splits are based on many
factors, including, but not limited to type of in-force contracts,
anticipated service levels, stability of accounts, experience of the agent,
anticipation of future business, willingness of agent to share servicing
responsibilities, etc.
